View Disabled System Users

To simplify administration and make it easy to determine who currently has access to your system, all disabled users are automatically hidden from the default views of the System Administration area’s main Login Permissions tab. This ensures that only users who currently have access to your system are displayed within your main registers. However, the records of all disabled users will still exist within your system, and can be viewed at any time by anyone who has ‘Read’ or higher permission to the System Administration: Administrator area.

To view the record of a disabled user, open the System Administration area on the Login Permissions tab. Activ will open on the tab’s Employee’s page, which will display all users who have been loaded as your own employees and who currently have a live (i.e. not disabled) account. If necessary, click on the Third Party or Extranet button to open those register if the user you are looking for is not an employee.

Once you are viewing the correct register, set the Disabled? filter at the top of the page to ‘Yes’, and then click Go.

Activ will filter your register to show all users who have been disabled (hiding those who are still enabled). Click on any individual’s Name to open their record.
