Send a Batch Feedback Survey

This article pertains to the sending of Batch Feedback Surveys, which utilises a slightly different process to the sending of Single Feedback Surveys. Batch Surveys can be distinguished from Single Surveys using the Batch field in their Details, as this field will only be filled in where a Feedback Survey has been generated as part of a Batch.

The Batch Feedback Survey feature enables a series of individual Feedback Surveys to be sent to multiple recipients with a single click. All selected recipients will receive links to unique instances of the selected Feedback Survey, enabling their individual responses, but the template and message used will be identical for all included individuals. To send a Batch Feedback Survey, open its Details form and click on the E-mail button.

You will receive a popup message notifying you that emails have been to all of the contacts recorded against the selected batch. These will be sent via the Activ System’s email server, and will include a direct link to individual instances of the Feedback Survey.

Note that contacts do not need an Activ account to complete these Surveys. Instead, they will be directed to a secure version of the form that is pre-opened for editing, as in the example below. Once the recipient has clicked Submit, their responses will automatically be recorded against the appropriate Feedback Survey within your system.
