Process Reviews – Overview

Activ’s Process Review feature allows you to schedule one-off and regular Reviews of any Process in your system, assisting you in ensuring that your Processes are regularly checked and kept up to date. Process Reviews are recorded separately to Process modifications and can be scheduled when a Process is created or at any time after it has been added to your system. In addition, Activ automatically maintains a log of all Reviews (see View a Process’ Review Log), providing a clear trail of evidence to demonstrate that Processes have been reviewed at suitable intervals by qualified individuals. You can opt in to receiving alerts, notifications and reminders about your Process Reviews via My Details – Notifications (see Processes Alerts and Notifications).

There are three tabs related to Process Reviews. These are:

Review Log – this tab is located in each Process’ individual record and provides an audit trail of all previous reviews that have been conducted against the Process.

Scheduled Reviews – this lists all Processes that have been marked for review and provides key details about each Review. By default it displays Process Reviews that are scheduled to you, but it can also be used to find any other scheduled Review in your system.

View History – this lists all Processes that have been viewed by the specified user. This feature is useful in analysing which Processes individual users are accessing, and for determining whether they are using the Processes that they should be using.
