The complete record of an individual Audit is housed on five tabs. See View an Agreement Compliance Audit for guidance.
In one click, any audit can also be converted to a PDF file – the Agreement Audit Report – which allows the audit’s full contents to be viewed as one comprehensive document that can be printed and saved outside the Activ system.
The PDF file contains up to four sections:
- Dashboard – a summary of key metrics and audit progress data is displayed here
- Audit Properties – confirms the basic administrative properties of the audit, including its scope (agreements covered and requirement types included)
- Options – (not relevant to Signed Off audits) displays the design options selected when the audit was set up
- Audit Findings – the complete audit record for each requirement is reproduced, including: the assessed compliance status, auditor notes, any linked or attached evidence to support the findings and any associated Improvement Logs. Evidence and Improvement Logs are hyperlinked so if you are viewing the PDF file on a device you can click to view them in full.
To create a PDF file of the full audit report, open the audit and select its Scope tab and click on PDF Audit Report there:
Depending on the web browser that you are using, you may get a pop-up window that previews the PDF file, from which you can save the PDF file outside Activ if you wish. Other browsers may automatically download the PDF to your default downloads location, from which you can open the PDF for viewing.
Note: For the PDF function to work properly, the device you are using must have access to PDF software that is compatible with the web-browser you are using.
