File Manager Alerts and Notifications

Activ provides automatic alerts and reminders to help you manage your File Manager module. These are configured through My Details – Notifications.

Your Regular Notifications email includes two items relating to files:

  • File / Process Need to Read – Notify me of new versions of Files and Processes I need to read
  • File Manager – Reviews – Remind me of File Reviews assigned to me that are approaching their review date

In addition, Immediate Alerts provides two further notification settings for files:

  • File Manager – E-mail me when a File Review is assigned to me
  • File Manager – E-mail me when the date for a File Review assigned to me is modified

You can also choose to include reminders of overdue File Reviews in your Escalation Report.
