Activ provides automatic alerts and reminders to help you manage your Feedback Surveys. These are configured through My Details – Notifications.
Your Regular Notifications email includes one item relating to Feedback Surveys:
- C&S – Feedback – Notify me of Feedback Surveys for which I am the Owner that have been completed.
In addition, Immediate Alerts provides one further notification setting for Feedback Surveys:
- C&S – Feedback – E-mail me when a Feedback form for which I am the Owner is completed.
