Activ provides you with the option to export the full register of your third-party companies from your system as a CSV file. This file can be stored or printed for use outside of Activ.
Note that this CSV file only includes the data on your Company’s Details tabs, their primary addresses, and the names of their primary Contacts. All other information is excluded from the Company register export, but can be exported individually from their respective parts of Activ.
To export your Company register, open the Customers & Suppliers: Companies area. This will take you to the Companies: Search page, which houses all third-party companies that are recorded within your system. Click on the Export button.
The CSV file will automatically download to your computer.
Note that download behaviour is controlled by your browser settings. If the CSV file does not download as expected we recommend that you check your browser settings to ensure that they are properly configured.
