Activ provides you with the option to export an Asset’s Planned Jobs, Completed Jobs, and Job Schedules registers from your system as a CSV file. This file can be stored or printed for use outside of Activ.
Note than this CSV file only contains data from each Job’s Details form, and that it will include Jobs and Schedules that are associated with both the Asset and its Components. However, it will not include the data from any items that are attached or linked to your Jobs/Job Schedules.
To export an Asset’s Jobs or Job Schedules, open the Asset on its Asset Management tab and click on the appropriate button at the top of the page (i.e. Planned Jobs, Completed Jobs, Job Schedules). This will open a register of all planned/closed Jobs and Schedules that have previously been scheduled for the Asset and its Components. Click on the Export button.
The CSV file will automatically download to your computer.
Note that download behaviour is controlled by your browser settings. If the CSV file does not download as expected, we recommend that you check your browser settings to ensure that they are properly configured.
