The workflow of entering an agreement into Activ is a straightforward three-step process:
Step 1 – Set Up Properties: specify the basic properties of the agreement. See Step 1: Set Up a New Agreement – Properties.
Step 2 – Enter Definitions: enter all definitions associated with the agreement. These can then be referenced, as appropriate, within the individual requirements (clauses) of the agreement. See Step 2: Enter Definitions Associated with an Agreement.
Step 3 – Enter Requirements: enter the individual requirements of the agreement (clauses, if a contract). See Step 3: Enter Requirements into an Agreement.
