Edit a User (or No-Login Employee’s) Basic or Login Details

To edit a user or no-login employee’s basic or login details, open their record on its Login Permissions tab and click on the Edit button.

If you are not a System Administrator, the System Permissions panel will be locked (see Personnel Managers, Appraisal Managers, HR Libraries Managers, and Holiday Managers). In addition, if your system contains the Human Resources module and you do not have ‘edit’ or higher permissions to the appropriate HR area, then the Manager fields will be locked (see Control Access to a User or Employee’s Record). Otherwise, all fields will be opened for editing.

Make the necessary adjustments, and then click Save to finalise your changes.
