To delete a Job Schedule, open the Asset Manager module on its Jobs tab and click on the Schedules button at the top of the page. This will open a register of all Job Schedules that are currently recorded within your system. Locate the appropriate Schedule in the list, and click on the red cross icon to the right of its record.
You will be prompted to confirm whether the Schedule should be deleted. Click on OK, and the Schedule will be removed from the register, along with all open (incomplete) Jobs that are associated with the Schedule. Note that this action cannot be undone. Once a Job Schedule has been deleted, it will be permanently removed from your system.
It is also important to note that you will not be able to delete a Job Schedule that is currently live, or that has closed (i.e. completed) Jobs associated with it. Where this is the case, you will need to Deactivate the Schedule to remove all of its open (incomplete) Jobs and prevent it from generating additional Jobs (see Activate/Deactivate a Job Schedule). If there are no Closed Jobs associated with the Schedule once it has been Deactivated, then you will be able to delete the Schedule itself.
