Delete a Catalogue Item

To delete a Catalogue Item, open the Asset Manager on its Stock Control tab and click on the Stock Catalogue button at the top of the screen. This will open a register of all Catalogue Items that are currently recorded within your system. Locate the appropriate Catalogue Item in the list, and click on the red cross icon to the right of its record.

You will be prompted to confirm whether the Catalogue Item should be deleted. Click on OK, and the Item will be removed from the register. Note that you will not be able to delete a Catalogue Item if it has already been used in your system. Instead, you will have to Disable it to prevent its future selection (see Disable a Catalogue Item).

Note that this action cannot be undone. Once a Catalogue Item has been deleted, it will be permanently removed from your system.
