The Contacts area within Activ’s Customers & Suppliers module allows you to create and maintain a record of all Contacts you have within your third-party companies. It also provides an easy way for you to search for specific Contacts when you need to reach out to third parties. The Contacts information is integrated into most other areas of the Customers & Suppliers module, and enables you to:

- Record appropriate Contacts against any incoming and outgoing Communications that are recorded in your Customers & Suppliers: Communications See the Customers & Suppliers: Communications User Guide for more information.
- Send Feedback Surveys to specific Contacts from within your Customers & Suppliers: Feedback See the Customers & Suppliers: Feedback User Guide for more information.

Each Contact’s record consists of two tabs: Details and Communications. A brief explanation of each tab’s use is provided below.
Details – houses the Contact’s basic details, including the company it is associated with an any notes that have been entered against it.
Communications – houses a register of all past and scheduled communications that involve the Contact, allowing you to manage communications with the Contact directly from their record. See the Customers and Suppliers – Communications User Guide for more information.
