Communications Alerts and Reminders

Activ provides automatic alerts and reminders to help you manage your scheduled Communications. These are configured through My Details – Notifications.

Your Regular Notifications email includes one item relating to Communications:

  • C&S – Communications – Remind me of my scheduled Communications.

In addition, Immediate Alerts provides two further notifications settings for Communications:

  • C&S – Communications – E-mail me when a Communication is assigned to me
  • C&S – Communications – E-mail me when the date for a scheduled Communication owned by me is modified

You can also choose to include notice of all overdue Communications in your Escalation Report.
