Activ provides automatic alerts and reminders to help you manage your Checklists and their corresponding ISO Tasks. These are configured through My Details – Notifications, and share the Tasks module’s notification settings.
Your Regular Notifications email can include two items relating to ISO Tasks:
- Tasks – Remind me of Tasks assigned to me that are approaching their due date
- Tasks – Completed – Notify me of Tasks I created that have been completed
In addition, Immediate Alerts provides three further notifications settings for ISO Tasks:
- Tasks – E-mail me when a Task I created is modified
- Tasks – E-mail me when a Task assigned to me is modified
- Tasks – E-mail me when a Task is assigned to me
You can also choose to include reminders of overdue tasks in your Escalation Report.
Note that Activ will treat the original manager of a Checklist as the ‘creator’ for all ISO Tasks that are created for that Checklist. As such, ‘I created’ Notifications will only be sent to the original Manager of each ISO Checklist.
