Activ provides automatic alerts and reminders to help you manage key administrative functions. These are configured through My Details – Notifications.
Your Regular Notifications email includes one item relating to System Administration:
- System Admin – User Permission Reviews – Remind me of User Permission Reviews assigned to me that are approaching their review date
In addition, Immediate Alerts provides two further notifications relating to System Administration:
- System Administration – e-mail me when another user selects a system Export
- System Administration – e-mail me when there are any System Notices
You can also choose to include notice of all overdue User Permission Reviews in your Escalation Report.
