Usage – Overview

To help you manage your system, Activ automatically tracks and records key information relating to your storage allowance, storage usage, and the overall usage of your system, and provides a breakdown of this information within a dedicated Usage tab. This enables you to gain a quick overview of how your storage allowance is being used, and of how frequently your system as a whole is being used, allowing you to identify:

  • approximately when you might need to increase your storage allowance;
  • where you need to focus your attention if you need to decrease your storage allowance; and
  • whether you need to encourage your employees to make greater use of Activ.

This data is presented using dedicated graphs to allow you to gain an understanding of your current usage quickly and easily.

The data relating to your system’s overall usage levels is presented on two subpages within the Usage tab. These are:

Storage – provides a summary of your current storage allowance, and a breakdown of how much of your allowance has been used, how it has been used, and how much you are currently paying for any additional storage.

Usage Levels – charts the total number of page hits that have been made across your system over the past thirteen weeks.
