Export an Import’s Reports

Activ provides you with the option to export any of an import’s four reports (Imported Successfully, Not Imported, Rolled Back, Failed to Roll Back) from your system as a CSV file. This file can be stored or printed for use outside of Activ.

Note that these CSV files will include all of the data that is stored against each record’s More Details page (minus any errors from the Failed to Import/Roll Back reports), providing you with a raw copy of the data that was originally imported into your system.

To export any of an import’s reports, open the appropriate import’s record (see View an Import’s Record) and click on either:

  • the Imported Successfully tab;
  • the Not Imported tab;
  • the Rolled Back tab; or
  • the Failed to Roll Back

This will open the corresponding report. Click on the Export button at the bottom of the screen.

The CSV file will automatically download to your computer.

Note that download behaviour is controlled by your browser settings. If the CSV file does not download as expected, we recommend that you check your browser settings to ensure that they are properly configured.
