Activ provides automatic alerts and reminders to help you manage the Jobs within your Asset Manager module. These are configured through My Details – Notifications.
Your Regular Notifications e-mail includes one item relating to Job Management:
- Asset Manager – Overdue Jobs – Remind me of my overdue Asset Manager Jobs
In addition, Immediate Alerts provides two further notifications settings for Job Management:
- E-mail me when a Maintenance Job is assigned to me
- E-mail me when the due date for a Maintenance Job assigned to me is modified
You can also choose to include reminders of overdue Process Reviews in your Escalation Report.
