Activ provides you with the option to export a Component’s Planned Jobs, Completed Jobs, and Job Schedules registers from your system as a CSV file. This file can be stored or printed for use outside of Activ.
Note that this CSV file only includes data from each Job’s Details form. It will not include the data from any attached or linked items.
To export a Component’s Jobs or Schedules, open the Component on its Asset Management tab and click on the appropriate button at the top of the page (i.e. Planned Jobs, Completed Jobs, Job Schedules). This will open a register of all planned/closed Jobs or Schedules that have previously been scheduled for the Component. Click on the Export button.
The CSV file will automatically download to your computer.
Note that download behaviour is controlled by your browser settings. If the CSV file does not download as expected, we recommend that you check your browser settings to ensure that they are properly configured.
