To view an Asset, open the Asset Manager on its Assets tab, and then click on the Assets button at the top of the screen. This will open a register of all Assets that have been recorded in your system. By default, Assets are recorded alphabetically by their name, but you can also order them by Type by clicking on the corresponding column heading.
In addition, you can narrow the list of Assets shown within the register using the search options at the top of the screen.
To view an Asset, click on its Asset name.
The Asset’s record will open on its Details tab, which will detail all key information that has been recorded against the asset. You will also be able to view the Asset’s Jobs Log (in the bottom half of the screen), which provides a summary of all closed Jobs associated with the Asset and its Components.
