Appraisals Alerts and Reminders

Activ provides automatic alerts and reminders to help you manage your Appraisals. These are configured through My Details – Notifications.

By default, your Regular Notifications email includes one item relating to Appraisals:

  • Human Resources – My Appraisals – Remind me of my Appraisals approaching their target completion date

If you are an Appraisal Manager, then one further Regular Notification will be available:

  • Employee Appraisals – Remind me of employee Appraisals approaching their target completion date

You will also be able to configure two notifications within your Immediate Alerts:

  • Human Resources – E-mail me when an Appraisal is assigned to me (Appraisal Managers)
  • Human Resources – E-mail me when the due date for an Appraisal assigned to me is modified (Appraisal Managers)

Finally, Appraisal Managers can also choose to include notice of overdue employee Appraisals in their Escalation Report.
