Activ provides you with the option to download a folder and its full contents (all subfolders and files) from your system as a ZIP file. This download can stored for use outside of Activ, or as part of your backup processes.
To download a folder, open the folder on its Details tab and click on the Download button.
The folder will automatically download to your computer.
Note that download behaviour is controlled by your browser settings. If the ZIP file does not download as expected we recommend that you check your browser settings to ensure that they are properly configured.
