To delete a Batch Feedback Survey, open the Customers & Suppliers: Feedback area and click on the Batches tab. This will open a register of all Batch Surveys that are currently in your system.
Find the Batch Survey you wish to delete, and then click on the red cross icon to the right of its record.
Note that deletion cannot be undone. Once it is accepted, the Batch Survey and all associated individual Feedback Surveys will be removed from your system.
