Delete a Single Feedback Survey

To delete an individual Feedback Survey, open the Customers & Suppliers: Feedback area. This will open the main Feedback Register, from which you can view and search all Feedback Surveys that are currently in your system. Note that this includes all Feedback Surveys that have been generated as part of the Batch Survey feature.

Find the Feedback Survey you wish to delete, and then click on the red cross icon to the right of its record.

If the Feedback Survey was generated as part of a Batch Survey, it will be removed both from the main Register and from the associated Batch’s register.

Note that deletion cannot be undone. Once it is accepted, the Feedback Survey and any associated responses will be permanently removed from your system.
