To facilitate your record keeping, Activ provides an automatically updated history of all actions that have been applied to individual Feedback Surveys. To view this history, open the appropriate Feedback Survey and click on its History tab.
You will be presented with a summary of past updates, along with a record of when the update was made and by whom.
