If your Activ package includes the Business Risk Manager, the Companies & Suppliers: Companies area’s functionality is expanded to enable you to raise Risks and Opportunities against your third-party companies. This feature can be used to support ongoing improvement of your ISO systems, and to help you track third-party factors that have the potential to enhance or harm your Company.
For convenience, all Company-specific Risks and Opportunities can be managed from the associated Company’s record using their Business Risk Manager tabs. This article covers the review of Risks and Opportunities from within an individual Company’s record.

View a Risk or Opportunity
To view a Company-specific Risk or Opportunity, open the Company’s record and click on the Business Risk Manager tab. This will open a register of all Risks and Opportunities that are associated with the Company. By default, Risks and Opportunities are listed chronologically by their Code, but they can also be sorted by their Owner, Issue Type, Significance, Status, and the date they were Created On by clicking on the appropriate headings.
In addition, you can narrow the list of Risks and Opportunities displayed in the register using the search options at the top of the page.
To view a Risk or Opportunity, click on its Summary.
The Risk/Opportunity will open on its Details tab.
All Risks/Opportunities will also have their own History tabs, which provides a record of all changes made to the Risk/Opportunity since it was created, and their own Improvement Logs and Tasks tabs, which contain a register of all linked Improvement Logs and Tasks.
