View Company Assessments

The Companies & Suppliers: Companies area allows you to send Supplier Assessments to your third-party companies, and to review the responses to these Assessments. It relies on the templates you have built within the Customers & Suppliers: Supplier Assessments area.

For convenience, all Assessments can be managed from the associated Company’s record using their Supplier Assessments tab, or from the Customers & Suppliers: Supplier Assessments area. This article covers the review of Assessments from within an individual Company’s record.

View an Assessment

To view a Supplier Assessment, open the Company’s record and click on the Supplier Assessments tab. This will open a register of the Supplier Assessments that are associated with the Company. By default, Assessments are listed chronologically by their Created Date. There are no options available for sorting this listing, but you can narrow the list of Assessments shown using the search options at the top of the screen.

To view an Assessment, click on its Product/Service name.

The Assessment will open on its Details tab.

All Assessments will also have an Improvement Logs tab, from which you can view a register of all Improvement Logs that have been linked to or raised as a result of the Assessment.
