Activ provides you with the option to export the full register of Scheduled Tasks from your system as a CSV file. This file can be stored or printed for use outside of Activ. Note that this CSV file only includes the key details recorded within each Task. Links, attachments, and data from the Schedules Tasks tab are excluded from the export.
To export your Task Schedules, open the Tasks module and click on the Schedules tab. By default, this will open a list of all Task schedules that are within your system, but you can narrow the list using the filters at the top of the screen. Your export will be generated based on these filters, meaning that it will include or exclude data according to what your filters specify at the time of the export.
Click on the Export button.
The CSV will automatically download to your computer.
Note that download behaviour is controlled by your browser settings. If the CSV file does not download as expected we recommend that you check your browser settings to ensure that they are properly configured.
