View an Audit Schedule’s Change Log

Activ automatically maintains a complete record of the instances when changes are made to an audit schedule.  This record can be viewed on the schedule’s Change Log tab.  Open the relevant schedule by clicking on it in the list on Audit Manager – Schedules:

This opens the schedule on its Details tab.  Select the Change Log tab:

The Change Log displays the series of Actions (most recent first), the name of the person who made each change, the Event Date and any additional system Notes.  You may choose to filter the Actions to show only one type of Action and/or Actions within a specific Date range.  Then click on Go to display only actions meeting your criteria:

If required, you can create a PDF of the Change Log by clicking on the PDF button at the bottom right of the screen.  You can also export the Change Log to a CSV file by clicking on the Export button at the bottom right of the screen.
