Create a PDF File of a Legal Compliance Audit

Any individual legal compliance audit within Activ can be converted to a PDF file, which allows the audit’s full contents to be viewed as one comprehensive document that can be printed and saved outside the Activ system. 

In addition to a summary of the Properties of the compliance audit, the PDF file contains four sections:

  • Compliance Overview – a statistical summary of the number of applicable requirements and your evaluated compliance status
  • Responses Provided – a complete record of the questions and responses given in the questionnaire, including options not selected for each question
  • Legal Register – a full list of the legislation from which the applicable requirements are drawn
  • Applicable Requirements – a complete record of the applicable requirements, the notes and evidence of compliance given for each, and the Resource (legislation or Guidance note) from which the requirement is drawn

To create a PDF file, open the relevant audit by clicking on its name in the Title list on the Audits tab.  On the audit’s Properties tab, click on PDF Audit Report:

Depending on the web browser that you are using, you may get a pop-up window that previews the PDF file, from which you can save the PDF file outside Activ if you wish.  Other browsers may automatically download the PDF to your default downloads location, from which you can open the PDF for viewing.

Note: For the PDF function to work properly, the computer you are using must have access to PDF software that is compatible with the web-browser you are using.
