Activ provides automatic alerts and reminders to help you manage your Processes module. These are configured through My Details – Notifications.
Your Regular Notifications e-mail includes two items relating to Processes:
- Process Reviews – Remind me of Process Reviews assigned to me that are approaching their review date
- File / Process Need To Read – Notify me of new versions of files and Processes I need to read
In addition, Immediate Alerts provides two further notifications settings for Processes:
- E-mail me when a Process Review is assigned to me
- E-mail me when the date for a Process Review assigned to me is modified
You can also choose to include reminders of overdue Process Reviews in your Escalation Report.
