Supplier Assessment Alerts, Notices and Reminders

Activ provides automatic alerts and reminders to help you manage your Supplier Assessments. These are configured through My Details – Notifications.

Your Regular Notifications email includes three items relating to supplier assessments:

  • C&S – Supplier Assessments – Completed – Notify me of every Supplier Assessment that has been completed
  • C&S – Supplier Assessments – Fulfilments – Remind me of Supplier Assessments assigned to me for fulfilment which are approaching their due date
  • C&S – Supplier Assessments – Reviews – Remind me of Supplier Assessments assigned to me for review which are approaching their due date

In addition, Immediate Alerts provides six further notifications settings for Supplier Assessments:

  • C&S – Supplier Assessments – E-mail me when I am assigned a Supplier Assessment to fulfil
  • C&S – Supplier Assessments – E-mail me when I am assigned a Supplier Assessment to review
  • C&S – Supplier Assessments – E-mail me when a Supplier Assessment is assigned to me
  • C&S – Supplier Assessments – E-mail me when any Supplier Assessment is fulfilled
  • C&S – Supplier Assessments – E-mail me when any Supplier Assessment is reviewed
  • C&S – Supplier Assessments – E-mail me when the due date for a Supplier Assessment assigned to me is modified

You can also choose to include notice of all overdue Supplier Assessments in your Escalation Report.
