Incident Log Alerts and Notification E-mails

Activ helps you to manage incident logs through automatic alerts and reminders that are managed in My Details – Notifications.

Your Regular Notifications e-mail includes two items relating to Incident Logs:

  • Investigations – Remind me of any Incident Logs assigned to me for investigation that are approaching their target investigation date
  • Raised or Closed – Notify me of every Incident Log that has been raised or closed

In Immediate Alerts there are two options:

  • E-mail me when an Incident Log is assigned to me to investigate
  • E-mail me when any new Incident Log is raised
  • E-mail me when the target date for an Incident Log assigned to me is modified

You can also choose to include notice of all overdue Incident Logs in your Escalation Report.
