Activ’s Notifications feature facilitates the timely resolution of Improvement Logs through automatic alerts and reminders that are managed in My Details – Notifications.
Routine Reminders and Notices
Activ’s Regular Notifications roundup, sent by e-mail as a PDF attachment either daily or weekly, contains up to 10 options related to Improvement Logs. Depending on your permissions, some may not be available to you:
- Improvement Log – All Effectiveness Assessments Completed: Notify me of every Effectiveness Assessment that has been completed
- Improvement Log – All Modified: Notify me of any modifications to any Improvement Log
- Improvement Log – All Raised or Closed: Notify me of every Improvement Log that has been raised or closed
- Improvement Log – All Tasks Completed: Notify me of every completed Task that is linked to any Improvement Log
- Improvement Log – My Actions: Remind me of Improvement Logs assigned to me that are approaching their target review date
- Improvement Log – My Closed: Notify me of Improvement Logs raised by me that have been closed
- Improvement Log – My Effectiveness Assessments: Remind me of Effectiveness Assessments assigned to me that are approaching their due date
- Improvement Log – My Effectiveness Assessments Completed: Notify me of Effectiveness Assessments assigned by me that have been closed
- Improvement Log – My Modified: Notify me of Improvement Logs raised by me that have been modified
- Improvement Log – My Tasks Completed: Notify me of every completed Task that is linked to Improvement Logs raised by me
Immediate Alerts
There are five options for the Owner or Assigned Person in Immediate Alerts:
- Improvement Log – E-mail me when an Effectiveness Assessment is assigned to me
- Improvement Log – E-mail me when an Improvement Log is assigned to me as Owner
- Improvement Log – E-mail me when an Improvement Log assigned to me as Owner fails an Effectiveness Assessment
- Improvement Log – E-mail me when the due date for an Effectiveness Assessment assigned to me is modified
- Improvement Log – E-mail me when the target review date for an Improvement Log assigned to me as Owner is modified
The alert e-mail contains a link to the Improvement Log. Clicking on the link takes the user straight to the Improvement Log’s Details tab.
Escalation Report
Activ’s daily Escalation Report summarising overdue actions has the option to include overdue Improvement Logs (both target review date and effectiveness assessment due date).
